We accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. Wire transfers are accepted also: you have 24 hours to make the payment. We don’t accept cancellations, however, please contact us in case of problems related to the order and we will be happy to find a solution.

CHEST: measure the breast circumference at the point of maximum projection.

UNDER BUST: measure the circumference of the bust just below the breast.

SHOULDER: measure the length from a tip of the shoulder to the other shoulder.

SLEEVES: measure the arm starting from the shoulder to the desired length of the sleeve (wrist, just below the elbow or above).

UPPER ARM: measure the arm circumference at its widest point.

WAIST: measure the waist circumference in its narrowest point.

LOW WAIST: measure your waist circumference about 3-4 inches below the navel.

HIPS: measure the hip circumference at the point of maximum projection.

INSEAM: measure the length from the waist to the front to the back.

Before ordering, compare your measurements with the size chart listed below, and choose the one closest to you. If you have doubts or questions, feel free to ask: this will prevent any problems in advance.

The processing time is variable. For details, read the item description. We always do our best to respect the delivery time. Generally, we managed to keep our word in the 95% of orders.

We ship from Monday to Saturday morning.

The items ready for IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT, are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

For CUSTOM items, calculate from one week up.

Yes, off course! We work in a smoke-free environment, neat and clean 🙂

When you purchase, choose the shipping method you prefer according to your needs: insurance, fast shipment, etc.

No refunds are allowed for lost or damaged packages. For any problems related to the delivery, please contact your local post office.

We ship to the address indicated on the receipt in the purchase order, so please check that is correct: any reshipment will be charged to the buyer and any lost packet lost for this reason are non-refundable.

If you want the package to a different address, write it in the notes when you ordering

(please don’t write it in private, otherwise it risks getting lost in the messages box).

The shipping costs include transportation via Poste Italiane, plus the packaging of the parcel: unless agreements or big amounts and dimensions, items are shipped by padded envelope and protected by a transparent plastic bag.

Delivery time is variable.

Around the holidays, especially during the Christmas season, take longer to arrive, so I suggest you to do the order some time in advance.

We believe that a good communication is the base of the relationship between seller and buyer, and that the happiness of those who choose one of our “creation” is above all!

We always try to be very thorough in our descriptions and measurements of each item, but are also happy to answer your questions and, if necessary, to send more photos.

But if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will be ready to listen to you to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would only like to point out all items are handmade and sometimes it happens not to notice a few flaws.

If you have decided to send back the package, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and resend the items within 15 days of delivery.

However, we are willing to accept the return or exchange for an article in the following cases and in this way:

– If you select the wrong size, we can resend the article in the correct size after receiving the other back, but the shipping costs are at your expense;

– If you requested a custom order and the measures you sent are not correct, we can change or redo the article, but the cost of work and delivery are at your expense;

– If you requested a custom order and the measures you sent me are correct, we will be willing to replace or redo the article at our expense.

The returned item must be in its original condition, and must never been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

Elastic fabrics like lycra, cotton and synthetic jersey, lace and micro mesh, can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C. Avoid washing with items with zips or hooks (for example bras and belts), because they might become entangled. Don’t iron or bleach. Air dry.

The glittery fabrics lose a lot of glitter during use and the first wash: don’t worry, it’s normal. The sequined or laminates fabrics lose less.

Other special fabrics like lacework and handmade or vintage doilies, velvet, brocade and jacquard, or the garments with fringes or special finishes, should be washed by hand in cold water or dry.

Professional sets (especially bras and belts), should be dry-cleaned or at most by hand in cold water, squeezed very little and allowed to air dry.
